Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to help if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping charge to be resent.
